# Integrations

> Connect external calendars and booking pages to automate appointment scheduling and conflict prevention.

The **Integrations** page is the central hub for connecting external services to your Roostrr voice agents. By linking your business tools, your AI assistants can query real-time availability, manage slot allocations, and schedule meetings automatically.

## Calendar Integrations

To enable scheduling features and prevent double-bookings, you can connect your team's direct calendar accounts. When connected, the AI will actively scan these calendars for conflict blocks during slot allocation.

### Google Calendar

Allows direct synchronization of customer appointments and conflicts.

* **Setup:** Click **Connect** on the Google Calendar card to open the OAuth consent screen. Sign in to authorize the `Roostrr Calendar Sync` app.
* **Permissions:** Access is restricted to calendar event reading and writing.

### Outlook Calendar

Synchronizes directly with your Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com accounts.

* **Setup:** Uses secure OAuth flow to link your calendar. Clicking **Connect** requests permissions for `Calendars.ReadWrite` to access and write calendar appointments.

### Apple iCloud Calendar

Integrates with Apple iCloud calendars using standard calendar sync.

* **Requirements:** Requires your **Apple ID** and an **App-Specific Password** (generated via your Apple ID security panel).
* **Setup:** Roostrr automatically discovers and links your primary iCloud calendar once credentials are submitted.
* **Syncing:** Appointments scheduled by your assistants are automatically added to your iCloud calendar to keep it up to date.

## Online Booking Pages

If your team uses online booking pages for meeting scheduling, you can link them directly to your AI workers.

### Cal.com

Syncs availability and booking dispatch using Cal.com links.

* **Connection:** Provide your Cal.com booking event URL and API key to enable direct slot allocation and appointment bookings.

### Calendly

Integrates with your Calendly scheduling pages.

* **Connection:** Link your specific Calendly event URL and provide your Calendly API Key to grant the scheduling worker direct access to slot checking.
